It does not work without editing the html tag. The links are to www.technorati.com
You have to eliminate the www from the tag to read technorati.com/.... for them to work correctly.
I don't think it is entirely useful. The link allows you to use the tag to find technorati blogger posts that use the same tag but not blogger and not all of my posts on blogger
