Clutterbake
      Adam Clutterbuck's mum has shared her potatoe bake recipe with us via Adam.  It is the best.
    
    The Clutterbake Recipe
Ingredients:
- Sliced Potatoes
 - Sliced Sweet Potatoes
 - 400ml Thick Cream (approx)
 - 1xOnion finely chopped
 - 100g Butter (approx.)
 - Blue Vein Cheese (approx. 150g)
 - Salt & Pepper
 
Method:
- Put potato and sweet potato in cold water and bring to boil for a couple of minutes.
 - Drain.
 - Place sliced potatoes in alternate layers in a grease casserole dish.
 - Fry onion in the butter gently until soft – Do not allow it to brown!
 - Add cream and Blue Vein Cheese and stir gently until cheese has melted. DO NOT BOIL!!
 - Add salt and pepper.
 - Pour mixture over layered potatoes.
 - Bake in moderate oven (180°) for about ½ hour and is lightly browned on top.
